Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility Window All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Once this period has passed, the product is no longer eligible for a return, refund, or replacement under any circumstance.

Eligible Reasons for Return A return may be initiated under the following conditions:

The product was received in a damaged condition, was defective, or was not functioning due to reasons not attributable to the customer.

The customer is unsatisfied with the product, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in the exact same condition and packaging in which it was received.

Ineligible Returns Products that have been used, tampered with, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.

Refunds If a return is approved and the customer opts for a refund, the amount refunded will be the original product price minus the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 5 business days of the returned product being received at its origin.

Replacements The customer may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. The customer will still be responsible for return shipping costs. A replacement will only be provided if the exact same product and variant is available in stock at the time of the request. If the product or variant is unavailable, the customer will be offered a refund instead.

How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return or replacement, send an email to axolots.corp@gmail.com within the 3 day eligibility window. The email must include the following:

Your full name and contact details, order ID, payment method used, reason for the return, and photographic or video proof of the issue in the case of damaged or defective products.

Evaluation Upon receiving the request within the prescribed time, our team will evaluate the provided information and proof to determine eligibility. Our team will review all submitted details and communicate a decision within 2 business days of receiving the request. If approved, the customer will be contacted with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
